From Thursday 1 October the fire alarms throughout Talbot Campus will be tested once a month.
After this date all future tests will be carried out on the first Wednesday of each month between 8am and 9.30am.
You may notice the alarm sounding for a little longer than previously to give maintenance staff time to check specific areas in the building.
As a requirement of the annual fire alarm testing, the fire alarm sounders will be activated for a sustained period of approximately 15 mins from 7.30am at the locations and dates listed below:
Monday 3 August – Kimmeridge House
Thursday 6 August – Dorset House
Tuesday 11 August – Weymouth House
Thursday 13 August – Tolpuddle House
Friday 14 August – Talbot House
Bournemouth University
