Student Wellbeing are running a series of free workshops around Mindfulness, keeping calm and exam stress. The next ‘Keep Calm; Feel Great! workshop is on Wednesday 20 April.
Learn techniques to detach from your thoughts, relax, de-stress and find balance. Discover new ways to feel great, take care of your wellbeing and boost your positivity!
These sessions run regularly and are open to all BU students. No need to book, just drop in.
