Mindfulness Taster Sessions

Human minds are easily distracted, commonly examining past events and trying to anticipate the future. Learning to become more aware of our thoughts, feelings and sensations can have an incredibly positive impact on our lives. Mindfulness is a way of paying attention to, and seeing clearly whatever is happening in our lives and can benefit you in numerous ways.

Dr Lauren Kita. Demonstrator from the Faculty of Science and Technology, BU will offer students practical ways to practice Mindfulness through these taster sessions.

SportBU Fitness Classes

12.00pm – 6.25pm SportBU
