On Tuesday 1 September, updated Policies and Procedures relating to Appeals and Complaints will be available on The Legal Bit from this date onwards. These updated documents reflect changes from the sector and the Office of the Independent Adjudicator (OIA) and will supersede the previous versions available.

NB: The OIA is an independent body whereby students may further pursue their appeal/complaint once all internal University processes have been concluded.

Please note that other revised Academic Rules and Regulations are currently being republished for the 2015-16 academic year and will be officially published at the same location week commencing 14 September. This includes documents such as the assessment regulations for your course. If you need to access documents relating to the 2014-15 academic year, for example the 2014-15 assessment regulations for your course please contact your programme administrator for help.
