The IT department at Bournemouth University will NEVER ask you to reset your password by clicking on a link sent in an email nor ask for your username and password details by e-mail.

Please forward any such e-mails you may have received as an attachment to the Unwanted Mail mailbox and do not reply to them. Please DO NOT click on the link as this will identify your email address as an active account which can then be used to send out spam.

Also, a reminder that you should never respond to any unsolicited email where you are unsure of the sender.
