Following the recent OSX 10.9 Mavericks release for Apple laptop and desktop computers, users who upgrade will no longer be able to print remotely on campus.
Equitrac have been made aware of the issue and are currently working to develop a solution.

Students, who have not upgraded their operating system, are still able to print from their own Apple devices if they are on the BU Student wireless network by following the online instructions.
