Student-led event: EU – In or Out?

Join us for a stimulating debate discussing the arguments for and against leaving the European Union.

The debate will feature guest speakers Julie Girling, who is an MEP for South West England, and Councillor Laurence Fear, a member of Bournemouth Council. This will be followed by an audience question and answer session and refreshments. The event will conclude with a talk from Lord John Lawrence Whitty, who is a member of the House of Lords for the Labour Party, and will be talking about the EU in general and the environmental factors to consider.

You can book your free place at this event online. Please print your ticket and bring it along to the event. Places are limited so book early!

During the event a wide range of views will be represented. It is made clear however that any political party recruitment is prohibited. Any aggressive or anti-social behaviour towards any of the attendees of guest speakers will also not be tolerated and will result in expulsion from the event.
