Part of Eating Disorder Week; this session will be run by Bob Hardwick who is Deputy Head teacher of Parkstone Grammar School who will speak about Eating Disorders within the School Environment.

What will be covered:

  • The nature of our school and why our profile may increase the likely incidence of eating disorders within the school community.
  • How we raise awareness of eating disorders with all stakeholders in the school community.
  • What support systems we have in place for students experiencing eating disorders.
  • What barriers exist to successful reintegration and what we endeavour to do to overcome these barriers.
  • What we are trying to do to reduce the incidence of eating disorders within our community
