Learn Meditation Skills

meditationBill Merrington, the BU Chaplain, is holding a series of meditation sessions open to both students and staff.

Participants will learn how to use simple meditation exercises to still the mind, be open to peace and well-being, reduce stress and nurture inner awareness.

Classes are free and held every Tuesday at 4pm (40 min) in room T133, Talbot House.

These are drop in sessions with no commitment and open to any or no religious stance.
