23 February to 8 March is Fairtrade Fortnight! As a Fairtrade University BU will be hosting a range of activities and promotions to support Fairtrade Fortnight and raise awareness of why Fairtrade is so important. Check out the full schedule and get involved.

There will be information and Fairtrade testing/taster information stands in the following locations:

  • 23 February – Poole House Atrium
  • 23 February – Studland House Cafe
  • 24 February – Bournemouth House Foyer
  • 26 February – Poole House Atrium
  • 02 March – Poole House Atrium

Plus the following activities are taking place throughout Fairtrade Fortnigtht:

  • Guess the number of Jelly Beans….and win the jar! Café Liscio, EBC, Lansdowne
  • Free Chocolate!….. For the first 10 customers every day! Atrium Café, Poole House & Kaplan Café, Bournemouth House
  • Me & Fairtrade! Tweet a photo of your-self with a Chartwells Eat Fair or FT product to @BUeatanddrink —someone will win their height in FT coffee!!!
  • Eat Fair—5p from every Eat Fair product goes to projects supporting growers and producers in developing countries
  • Fairtrade Products available in SUBU shops – look out for the new signage!
