Chartwells, our catering partner, are passionate about food and love to show it by organising monthly pop-up restaurants with street food from all around the world.

This week we’re having a Japanese inspired Harita bun pop-up which is a steamed soft bun stuffed full of braised pulled meats and toppings. Although distinctly native to Japan, this dish has become very popular in America and our BBQ pulled pork bun is similar to a hog roast, made Japan style! They all come with an array of toppings for your choosing so mix it up how you like.

Chef Thom will be cooking in the live kitchen, so you can see your food being prepared and so you can follow those same steps at home if you want to make it yourself
