About the event
BU’s Dementia Institute (BUDI) is hosting a one day Technology and Dementia Masterclass. This Masterclass will provide you with the skills and knowledge of how technology can be used with and for people living with dementia.
This Masterclass is relevant and suitable for anyone who comes into contact with someone living with dementia, professionally or not.
This will be an interactive and fun day covering all aspects of technology in dementia care, including:
- Assistive technology
- Digital gaming technology
- Technology and mobility
- ICT and Telecare technology
The programme of the day will be made up of seminars, demonstrations and inspiring the use of technology with people with dementia.
