Please be aware that there are currently e-mails circulating with the following format:

The IT department at Bournemouth University will NEVER send a link to reset your password nor ask for your username and password details by e-mail.

Please delete any such e-mails you may have received and do not reply to them.

Also, a reminder that you should never respond to any unsolicited email where you are unsure of the sender.
