Thank you to all those who completed the Library survey in November.

 Library staff are looking at all the data and comments received and we have already started to implement some changes.

You asked for more study space.
At The Sir Michael Cobham Library we have:

• added more group seating (and power for laptops) on the ground and first floors
• opened up DL204 as a new study room with 8 silent spaces and some PCs
• changed the large group study room DL203 to a silent study room.

At Bournemouth House Library we’ll work on maximising the more limited space available.

You asked for more resources.
Subject Librarians are continuing to work with academic staff to ensure resource needs are met.

You asked for easier access to e-resources when off-campus.
We are reviewing ways of better communicating how to access subscription-based resources from off-campus and via our various providers.

We will continue to keep you updated on further enhancements.
