About the event

Come along and join Richard Jeffery resident artist from ZooFish Arts at this pop up print and badge making workshop and find out more about mental health awareness whilst learning a new art skill

Alongside these free arts activities (and the free cake!) volunteers with lived experience of mental health problems lead the arts-based activities and workshops which provide a creative and safe environment for people to find out more about mental health awareness.

Face2Face Dorset, funded by Time to Change and managed by Richmond Fellowship in partnership with ZooFish Arts CIC and the Borough of Poole Arts Service run pop up arts workshops all over Dorset. Evidence from these Take Time to Talk Session suggests that this kind of social contact is one of the most effective ways of breaking down stigma and discrimination.

All welcome, no need to book.

Find out more on the Face2Face & ZooFish Arts websites, or on Facebook and Twitter.
